BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Division of Waste Environmental Policy is hereby authorized to purchase a Trace ES browser-based upgrade and related license and installation from Harshaw Trane, a sole source provider.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $26,640.00, be and hereby is approved for payment to Harshaw Trane from account # 1101-313201-71299 for the above-referenced goods and services.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
