BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the bid of Radio Communications Systems, Inc. d.b.a. RCS Communications, establishing a price contract for communications system maintenance, for the Division of Police, be and hereby is accepted and approved as to the specifications and amounts set forth in the terms of the bid, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, and the Mayor is authorized to sign any necessary agreement related to the bid.
Section 2 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
