BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the following Probationary Civil Service Appointments made by the Mayor, be and hereby are ratified:
Dustin Baker, GIS Programmer/Analyst, Grade 117E, $1,881.20 bi weekly, in the Division of Computer Services, effective June 25, 2012.
Tamoy Carter, Equipment Operator Sr., Grade 109N, $15.080 hourly, in the Division of Waste Management, effective June 4, 2012.
Connie Godfrey, Director Adult Services, Grade 120E, $3,332.32 bi weekly, in the Division of Adult Services, effective May 21, 2012.
Michelle Haynes, Telecommunicator Sr., Grade 113N, $20.262 hourly, in the Division of Emergency Management/911, effective June 4, 2012.
Section 2 - That the following Permanent Civil Service Appointments made by the Mayor be and hereby are ratified:

Section 4 - That the following Unclassified Civil Service Appointment to the Office of the Urban County Council be and hereby is ratified:
Steven Smith, Aide to Council, Grade 000E, $2,057.68 bi weekly, in the Council Office, effective May 2, 2012.
Section 5 - That the following Unclassified Civil Service Pay increase in the Office of the Urban County Council made by the Mayor be and hereby is approved:
Ronald Seymour, Aide to Council, Grade 000E, from $2,057.69 bi weekly to $2,089.57 bi weekly, in the Office of the Urban County Council, effective May 21, 2012.
Section 6 - That these personnel actions shall become effective on the date described in each item.
