This is a request to amend Section 21-5 of the Code of Ordinances, abolishing one (1) position of Fleet Operations Supervisor (Grade 115E), and one (1) position of Staff Assistant Sr. (Grade 108N), and creating one (1) position of Fleet Operations Manager and one (1) position of Vehicle & Equipment Technician all in the Division of Facilities and Fleet Management.  Fiscal impact for FY15 is $29, 421 and is funded by the Division's Vehicle Repairs and Maintenance account.

      Section 1 - That the following subsection line numbers of Section 21-5(2) of the Code of Ordinances be and hereby are amended to read as follows:

      Section 2 - That certain of the Budgets of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government are amended and funds are appropriated pursuant to Budget Schedule No. 0010, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
      Section 3 - That this Ordinance shall become effective upon date of passage.
