BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That Section 1 of Resolution No. 222-2014 be and hereby is amended to authorize the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, to execute a multi-year service agreement for high speed internet for the Division of Emergency Management/911, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with Time Warner Cable Enterprises, LLC, in an amount not to exceed $1,260.00 in Fiscal Year 2015.
Section 2 - That Section 2 of Resolution No. 222-2014 be and hereby is amended to read as follows:
That an amount not to exceed the sum of $1,260.00, be and hereby is approved for payment to Time Warner Cable Enterprises, LLC, from account #3200-505201-72204 ($120.00) and account #1101-505204-72204 ($1,140.00) in Fiscal Year 2015, with future fiscal years contingent upon the appropriation of sufficient funds.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
