Section 2 - That the following subsection line numbers of Section 22-5(2) of the Code of Ordinances be and hereby is created to read as follows:
010.040 1 122 109N Council Staff Specialist
Section 4 - That certain of the Budgets of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government are amended and funds are appropriated pursuant to Budget Schedule No. 0020, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
Section 5 - That this Ordinance shall become effective upon date of passage.
