BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute the Mutual Aid Agreements, which are attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with Georgetown Police Department, Magoffin County Sheriff's Office and Salyersville Police Department, for mutual aid.
Section 2 - That the Mayor, as authorized by Revised Code of Ordinance Section 23-9(j)4, is hereby authorized to execute future Mutual Aid Agreements with any other law enforcement agency within the Commonwealth of Kentucky.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
