BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the bid of Rio Grande Fence Company, in the amount of $148,831.00, for New Chain Link Dugouts - Various Locations, for the Division of Parks and Recreation, be and hereby is accepted and approved as to the specifications and amounts set forth in the terms of the bid and agreement, which are attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, and the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute the agreement with Rio Grande Fence Company, related to the bid.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $148,831.00, be and hereby is approved for payment to Rio Grande Fence Company, from account #1101-707601-90311 ($100,000.00), from account #2516-707601-90311 ($10,963.00), from account #2602-707601-90321 ($29,145.00), from account #1101-707601-76101 ($4,723.00), and from account #1101-707603-76101 ($4,000.00), pursuant to the terms of the bid and the agreement.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
