Summary

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the bid of Untold Content in response to RFP No. 14-2022, attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, be and hereby is accepted and approved as to the specifications and amounts set forth in the bid and any agreements hereby established.
Section 2 -- That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute a Subrecipient Agreement, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with Untold Content in order to allocate $171,898.00 of federal grant funds awarded pursuant to the American Rescue Plan Act of 2021 (ARPA), to continue and expand a public awareness campaign on the impacts of COVID-19 on homelessness, and authorizing the Mayor to execute any other necessary agreements or amendments with Untold Content related to the use of these funds.
Section 3 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $171,898.00, be and hereby is authorized for payment to Untold Content from account #3230-155003-78112, subject to the terms of the Agreement.
Section 4 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
