BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute agreements, which are attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference with Georgetown Street Area Neighborhood Association, Inc., The Southland Association, Inc., Lansdowne Neighborhood Association, Inc., Glendover Neighborhood Association, Inc., Ashwood Townhomes of Laredo Association, Inc., Friends of McConnell Springs, Inc., West Gardenside Neighborhood Association, Inc., Kentucky PTA, Walnut Ridge HOA, Stuart Hall HOA, and Lexington Sister Cities Programs, Inc., for the Office of the Urban County Council.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sums stated, be and hereby is approved for payment to Georgetown Street Area Neighborhood Association, Inc. ($250.00), The Southland Association, Inc. ($850.00), Lansdowne Neighborhood Association, Inc. ($650.00), Glendover Neighborhood Association, Inc. ($250.00), Ashwood Townhomes of Laredo Association, Inc. ($250.00), Friends of McConnell Springs, Inc. ($725.00), West Gardenside Neighborhood Association, Inc. ($700.00), Kentucky PTA ($1,000.00), Walnut Ridge HOA ($500.00), Stuart Hall HOA ($500.00), and Lexington Sister Cities Programs, Inc. ($1,100.00) from account #1101 121002 71299, from various Council Districts, pursuant to the terms of the agreement.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
