BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the bids of Bluegrass Contracting Corporation; BMI LLC dba BMI Builds; Advanced Mulching Technologies, Inc. dba EcoGro; Haire Construction, LLC; L-M Asphalt Partners, Ltd. dba ATS Construction; Shunar Concrete & Construction, LLC; Tom Chesnut Excavation & Construction, LLC; and Woodall Construction Co., Inc., establishing price contracts for Parks Construction UPC (Bid No. 69-2023), for the Division of Parks and Recreation, be and hereby are accepted and approved as to the specifications and amounts set forth in the terms of the bids, which are attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
