BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the bid of Tri-State Roofing and Sheet Metal Company, in an amount not to exceed $702,690.00, for Roof Replacement - Government Center and Arts Place, for the Division of Facilities and Fleet Management, be and hereby is accepted and approved as to the specifications and amounts set forth in the terms of the bid and agreement, which are attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, and the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute the attached agreement with Tri-State Roofing and Sheet Metal Company, related to the bid.
Section 2 - That an amount not to exceed the sum of $702,690.00, be and hereby is approved for payment to Tri-State Roofing and Sheet Metal Company from account #2602-707501-91018 ($174,511.53), account #1105-707501-91018 ($323,067.83), and account #2604-707201-76101 ($205,110.64), pursuant to the terms of the bid and the Agreement.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
