BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the use of a standardized Memorandum of Agreement, a copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with nonprofit organizations interested in participating in the WORK Program providing workforce development services at the Charles Young Center be and hereby is approved, and that the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute the Agreement with Retaining Employment & Talent After Injury/Illness Network (RETAIN) Kentucky, and with any non-profit organization approved by the Chief Development Officer and authorized to enter into an Agreement with substantially similar material terms, at a cost not to exceed $1,000.00 per organization and contingent upon the Budgeting of sufficient funds.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed $1,000.00 per entity, be and hereby is approved for payment to Retaining Employment & Talent After Injury/Illness Network (RETAIN) Kentucky and to any other entity entering into the standardized Memorandum of Agreement, from account # 1144-136102-1362-78103, pursuant to the terms of the Agreement and subject to the Budgeting of sufficient funds.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
