BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to accept Grant awards of Federal funds totaling $422,229.75 from the Small Business Administration under the Shuttered Venues Operator Grant program for lost revenue during the COVID-19 pandemic for the Pam Miller Downtown Arts Center, Moondance and Ballet Under the Stars ($94,818.62), and the Kentucky Theater ($327,411.13), the acceptance of which does not obligate the Urban County Government for the expenditure of funds.
Section 2 - That subject to the provisions of Ordinance No. 22-79, the Mayor is hereby authorized, in her discretion as Chief Executive Officer of the Urban County Government, to transfer the unencumbered balance of any operating or capital account appropriation to another operating or capital account appropriation within the Grant Budget previously established for this Grant.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
