BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Division of Water Quality, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to purchase two 12" Full Flare - Weir End - WEMCO Hydrogritters for Headworks located at the Town Branch Water Treatment Plant from Weir Specialty Pumps c/o Sullivan Environmental Technologies, a sole source provider, and authorizing the Mayor to sign any necessary agreement related to the services.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $81,000.00, be and hereby is approved for payment to Weir Specialty Pumps c/o Sullivan Environmental Technologies, from account #4002-303402-91017, pursuant to the terms of the purchase requisition and any necessary agreement.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
