BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Division of Waste Management is authorized to purchase Electronic Vehicle Inspection Reporting software, hardware, data services, and professional services from Zonar Systems, LLC, a sole source provider, and the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute any necessary Agreement with Zonar Systems, LLC, related to the procurement.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $85,000.00, be and hereby is authorized for payment to Zonar Systems, LLC, from accounts # 1115-303501-72303 ($63,479.00) and # 1115-303501-75801 ($21,521.00), pursuant to the terms of the Agreement.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
