Summary

Authorization to amend Resolution No. 602-2014 as previously amended by Resolution No. 665-2015 with the following changes to increase the cumulative total for all Change Orders executed pursuant to this amendment from  $322,000.00 to $641,591.00. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:

                     Section 1 - That Resolution No. 602-2014, which allowed for Change Orders related to the construction of the new Senior Citizens Center that met certain criteria to be executed by the Mayor, is hereby amended to: (1) also authorize the designee of the Mayor to execute the Change Orders, (2) increase the not to exceed amount for an individual Change Order from Twenty Two Thousand Two Hundred Dollars ($22,200.00) to Twenty-Five Thousand Dollars ($25,000.00), and (3) increase the cumulative total for all Change Orders executed pursuant to the Resolution from an amount not to exceed Two Hundred Twenty Two Thousand Dollars ($222,000.00) to an amount not to exceed Three Hundred Twenty Two Thousand Dollars ($322,000.00).

                     Section 2 - That Resolution No. 602-2014 shall otherwise remain unchanged.

                     Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
