BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That Harp Enterprises, Inc., be and hereby is established as a sole source provider of voting machines and any related maintenance, equipment, supplies and services, for the Fayette County Clerk’s Office, and the Mayor or her designee, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute any necessary price contract(s) with Harp Enterprises, Inc., related to the procurement of these goods or services.
Section 2 - That a price contract with Harp Enterprises, Inc., be and hereby is established and authorized for Fiscal Years 2021 and 2022 with funding up to an amount of $92,500 in FY 2021 from account #1101-112002-75101 ($82,500.00) and account #1101-112002-76101 ($10,000.00) contingent upon approval of the Budget, and FY2022 funding contingent upon future allocations.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
