BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute an addendum to the Agreement with Wiser Strategies, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, for media planning and placement services for the Division of Environmental Services, expanding the scope of the Agreement to provide for additional services for public outreach related to the Metropolitan Planning Organization (MPO) and the Safe Streets campaign, and increasing the Contract price by the sum of $50,000.00, from $225,000.00 to $275,000.00.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $50,000.00, be and hereby is approved for payment to Wiser Strategies, from account #3160 - 160705 - 71299, pursuant to the terms of the Agreement.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
