BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the bid of E.C. Matthews, Inc., in the amount of $78,305.00, for Arch and Column Replacement - Community Corrections Entrance, for the Division of Community Corrections, be and hereby is accepted and approved as to the specifications and amounts set forth in the terms of the bid, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference; and the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute the agreement with E.C. Matthews, Inc., which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, related to the bid.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $78,305.00, be and hereby is approved for payment to E.C. Matthews, Inc., from account #6021-160906-73204, pursuant to the terms of the bid and agreement.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
