BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That Resolution No. 633-2013 be and hereby is amended to accept and approve the bid of INTEC Building Services, Inc., and to establish a price contract in accordance with the specifications and amounts set forth in the terms of its bid, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, for Custodial Services - Family Care Center, for the Division of Family Services.
Section 2 - That the bid awarded to Saffire Cleaning Service, LLC, pursuant to Resolution No. 633-2013 be and hereby is cancelled and its price contract terminated.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
