BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor or her designee, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute an Agreement, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with Accruent, for the renewal of an asset and maintenance management software system, and further authorizing the Mayor or her designee to execute any future necessary documents relating to the renewal, operation, support or maintenance thereof.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $23,050.20 in FY2026, be and hereby is approved for payment to Accruent, from account # 1101-202505-71307, with increases up to ten percent (10%) annually thereafter, pursuant to the terms of the Agreement and subject to future funds being appropriated in future fiscal years.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
