BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute agreements related to Council Capital Project Expenditure Funds, which are attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with Common Good Community Development, Corp., The Living Arts and Science Center, Inc., Sayre Christian Village Nursing Home, Inc., LFUCG Division of Parks and Recreation, Keep Lexington Beautiful, Inc, Black Soil Charitable Fund, Inc., and LFUCG - Complete Streets, for the Office of the Urban County Council.
Section 2 - That amounts, not to exceed the sums stated, be and hereby are approved for payment to Common Good Community Development, Corp. ($2,000.00); The Living Arts and Science Center. Inc. ($1,000.00); Sayre Christian Village Nursing Home, Inc. ($3,483.65); LFUCG Division of Parks and Recreation ($5,000.00); Keep Lexington Beautiful, Inc ($5,000.00); Black Soil Charitable Fund, Inc. ($5,000.00); and LFUCG - Complete Streets ($50,000.00), from account #1101-121002-71214, from various Council Districts, pursuant to the terms of the agreements.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
