BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
      Section 1 - That the First Material Modification to the Consent Decree be and hereby is approved, and the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute the First Material Modification to the Consent Decree, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, amending Paragraph 15.G.(vii) of the Consent Decree to provide that the final deadline for all remedial measures capital construction projects shall be no later than December 31, 2026.
      Section 2 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
