Summary
Authorization to execute an agreement between the LFUCG and Brandstetter Carroll Inc. for Consulting Services to complete the Aquatics Master Plan. The work was competitively bid under RFP #17-2015. The Aquatics Master Plan will consist of market analysis, public engagement, a needs assessment, service delivery opportunities, facility feasibility study and options, funding sources and economic impact, and an action plan. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute the Consultant Services Agreement, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with Brandstetter/Carrol, Inc., for the Aquatics Master Plan.
Section 2 - That an amount not to exceed the sum of $150,000.00 be and hereby is approved for payment to Brandstetter/Carrol, Inc., from account 1105-707606-7601-71299, pursuant to the terms of the Consultant Services Agreement.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
