BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the bids of Black Hawk Enterprises, Inc.; and Intelligent Transportation Services, Inc., establishing price contracts for Digital Switch and Camera Equipment, for the Division of Traffic Engineering, be and hereby are accepted and approved as to the specifications and amounts set forth in the terms of the bids, which are attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
Section 2 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
