BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Division of Human Resources is authorized to make a conditional offer to the following Probationary Civil Service Appointments:
Bryan Young, Public Service Worker Sr., Grade 107N, $11.668 hourly, in the Division of Water Quality, effective upon passage of Council.
James Sloan, Microcomputer Support Specialist, Grade 113N, $18.917 hourly, in the Division of Computer Services, effective upon passage of Council.
Roger Wright, Attorney Sr., Grade 121E, $2,957.92 bi weekly, in the Department of Law, effective upon passage of Council.
Section 2 - That upon successful completion of the physical or medical examination, the applicants listed in Section 1 may begin the probationary civil service probationary period.

Section 6 - That upon successful completion of the physical or medical examination, the applicant listed in Section 5 may begin employment.
