BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the bid of Lagco, Inc., in the amount of $474,477.00, for the East Vine Street Retaining Wall, for the Department of Environmental Quality and Public Works, be and hereby is accepted and approved as to the specifications and amounts set forth in the terms of the bid and Agreement, which are attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, and the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to enter into the attached agreement with Lagco, Inc., related to the bid.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $474,477.00, be and hereby is approved for payment to Lagco, Inc. from the following accounts in the following amounts: account #1105-313101-71299 ($124,477.00), account #4052-313101-71299 ($200,000.00), and account #1101-313101-71299 ($150,000.00), pursuant to the terms of the bid and Agreement.
Section 3 - That this resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
