BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute Addendum No. 2 to the Agreement, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with Five Star Breaktime Solutions, Inc. d/b/a Conti Coffee, to add the provision of coffee, coffee dispenser and regular maintenance of equipment at the new Senior And Therapeutic Recreation Center.
Section 2 - That an amount, estimated not to exceed the sum of $4,320.00 in FY2027, be and hereby is approved for payment to FIVE STAR Breaktime Solutions, Inc. d/b/a CONTI COFFEE, from account #1101-606102-75102, pursuant to the terms of the Agreement and subject to the appropriation of sufficient funds in future fiscal years.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
