BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute a multi-year Agreement, which is attached hereto and incorporated by reference, with Interpersonal Frequency, pursuant to RFP No. 36-2023, for services related to the redesign and provision of a new content management system and hosting platform for the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government’s public website.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $399,708.00 in FY 2024, be and hereby is approved for payment to Interpersonal Frequency, from account # 1101-160301-71208, pursuant to the terms of the Agreement.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
