BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute a Professional Services Agreement, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with Tetra Tech, Inc., (awarded pursuant to RFP No. 44-2023) for services related to the Leachate Treatment System Improvement Project at Haley Pike Landfill.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $743,000.00 in FY 2024, be and hereby is approved for payment to Tetra Tech, Inc., from account # 4121-313201-3092-71205, pursuant to the terms of the Professional Services Agreement and contingent upon the approval of a pending Budget amendment, with additional costs in future fiscal years subject to the appropriation of sufficient funds in those fiscal years.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
