BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute the Amendment to Implementation Services Agreement, Licensing Agreement, and Maintenance Agreement, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with Accela, Inc., for implementation of Accela Civic Platform II in accordance with the Capacity Assurance Program.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $1,198,788.20, be and hereby is approved for payment to Accela, Inc., as follows: from account #4003-303401-71205 ($684,305) account #2603-162101-96202 ($500,000) and account #1101-210201-71200 ($14,500), pursuant to the terms of the Amendment.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
