BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the bid of NAC Heavy Highway, Inc., in the amount of $213,482.00, for the Jacks Creek Pike Improvement Project, for the Division of Engineering, be and hereby is accepted and approved as to the specifications and amounts set forth in the terms of the bid and Agreement, which are attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, and the Mayor, on behalf of the Urban County Government, to enter into the attached Agreement with NAC Heavy Highway, Inc., related to the bid.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $213,482.00, be and hereby is approved for payment to NAC Heavy Highway, Inc., from account #1137-303301-91718, pursuant to the terms of the bid and Agreement.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
