BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute a Letter of Agreement with the United States Department of the Army, a copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, for the amendment of easements on the property located at 1051 Russell Cave Road, for the construction of the Lexmark Trunk A & B Sanitary Sewer Project, a Remedial Measures Project required by the Consent Decree.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $4,000.00, be and hereby is approved for payment to the United States Department of the Army from account # 4003 - 303408 - 92811, pursuant to the terms of the Agreement.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
