BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the bid of Mitchell Construction Management, LLC, in the amount of $54,000.00, for exterior renovations to Fire Station No. 6, for the Division of Fire and Emergency Services, be and hereby is accepted and approved as to the specifications and amounts set forth in the terms of the bid, and that the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute any necessary agreement with Mitchell Construction Management, LLC, related to the bid.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $54,000.00, be and hereby is approved for payment to Mitchell Construction Management, LLC, from account #2600-505704-91017, pursuant to the terms of the bid and any necessary agreement.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
