BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute a Memorandum of Agreement, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with NAMI Lexington, Inc. related to the operation of the Fayette Mental Health Court, specifically to support the organization’s Aftercare Alumni Program and to fund improvements to the organization’s data collection software.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed $55,000.00, is hereby authorized for payment to NAMI Lexington, Inc. from account # 1101-900349-71101, pursuant to the terms for the Memorandum of Agreement.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
