BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the response of Republic Bank & Trust Company, to RFP No. 24-2014 - Retail Lockbox Banking Services, be and hereby is accepted, and the Mayor, on behalf of the Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute an agreement, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with Republic Bank & Trust Company to provide services related to the RFP at a cost estimated not to exceed $22,582.20.
Section 2 - That an amount, estimated not to exceed the sum of $22,582.20, be and hereby is approved for payment to Republic Bank & Trust Company, from account #1101-202601-71202, pursuant to the terms of the agreement.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
