BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute an Agreement with Mackey Group LLC d/b/a Wiser Strategies (awarded pursuant to RFP No. 17-2025), which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, for mass marketing collateral development services, for the Division of Environmental Services, at a cost not to exceed $60,000 in FY 2026, with future fiscal years contingent upon the appropriation of sufficient funds.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $60,000.00 for FY 26, be and hereby is approved for payment to Mackey Group d/b/a Wiser Strategies, from accounts # 1115-313201-3095-71299 ($20,000.00) and 4051-313201-3095-71299 ($40,000.00), pursuant to the terms of the Agreement.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
