BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the response of Aramark Correctional Services to RFP No. 33-2023, in the amount of $11,750.00 (FY2024), for laundry services for multiple years for the Division of Community Corrections, be and hereby is accepted and approved as to the specifications and amounts set forth in the terms of the bid, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference; and the Mayor is hereby authorized to execute any necessary agreement with Aramark Correctional Services related to the RFP and services.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $11,750.00 (FY2024), be and hereby is approved for payment to Aramark Correctional Services, from account #1101-505402-71299, pursuant to the terms of the RFP and response and any necessary agreement, with future fiscal years subject to the appropriation of sufficient funds.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
