BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the bid of Constellation NewEnergy, Inc., establishing a price contract for the supply of Natural Gas under the SVGTS tariff at multiple Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government Facilities, contingent upon a fixed price not to exceed $6.20 per Mcf, be and hereby is accepted and approved as to the specifications and amounts set forth in the terms of the bid and agreement, which are attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, and the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute the agreement, with Constellation NewEnergy, Inc., related to the bid.
Section 2 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
