BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute the Agreement, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with the U.S. Geological Survey, for the continuing and ongoing maintenance and operation of existing stream flow and precipitation gauges, for the period of July 1, 2025, through June 30, 2026.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $125,000.00, be and hereby is approved for payment to U.S. Geological Survey, from account # 4051-303204-3363-71205, pursuant to the terms of the Agreement and contingent on the appropriation of sufficient funds in the FY 2026 Budget.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
