BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:

                     Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute the Purchase of Service Agreement (awarded pursuant to RFP # 54-2022) with Lake Cumberland CDL Training School, Inc., which is attached hereto and incorporated herein, for Commercial Driver’s License training services, for the Department of Environmental Quality and Public Works, at a cost not to exceed $3,800.00 per employee in FY 2023, and further authorizing the Mayor, or her designee, to execute any other necessary documents related to the Purchase of Services Agreement during its term.

                     Section 2 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
