BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN
COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That a change in use, from public infrastructure to
industrial/commercial use consistent with current zoning, for the portion of the property
located at 1050 Delaware Avenue depicted on the attached Exhibit A be and hereby is
approved.
Section 2 - That the portion of the property referred to in Section 1 is hereby declared to be surplus.
Section 3 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute a deed, and any other documents necessary, for the sale and transfer of the property, the proceeds from which shall be returned to the community development block grant program.
Section 4 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
