BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute the agreements, which are attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with NAMI Lexington, The Southland Association, Inc., Garden Springs Neighborhood Association, Harrods Hill Neighborhood Association, Camp Nelson Honor Guard, CASA of Lexington, Inc., American Lung Association of Kentucky, Inc., Beaumont Centre Family YMCA, RARE Inner City Ministries, Psi Tau Chapter, Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Imani Family Life Center, Girls Scouts of Kentucky's Wilderness Road Council, Inc., Center For Women, Children, and Families, Inc., Chrysalis House, Inc., Kentucky Student Veterans, Inc., Bluegrass Community Foundation, Inc., Bluegrass Community Foundation, Inc., African Cemetery No. 2, Inc. and Green Acres-Hollow Creek-Breckenridge Neighborhood Association, for the Office of the Urban County Council.
