BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute a sixth month Memorandum of Understanding, which is attached hereto and incorporated by reference, with Lexington & Fayette County Parking Authority (LexPark), for the enforcement of parking violations of dockless vehicles under Chapter 17D of the Code of Ordinances and the provision of shared mobility data management software accounts.
Section 2 - That LexPark shall be entitled under the Memorandum of Understanding to the fines it collects for its enforcement of parking violations of dockless vehicles; and that the provision of shared mobility data management software accounts to LexPark shall be deducted from the number of accounts the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government purchases under a separate Resolution. As such, this Memorandum of Understanding shall be at no additional cost to the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government.
Section 3 - This Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
