Summary
WHEREAS, it is necessary and proper to amend the Budgets of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government to reflect current requirements for municipal expenditures:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE
URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That certain of the Budgets of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government be and hereby are amended to reflect current requirements for municipal expenditures, and that to effect such Amendments the following appropriations be and hereby are authorized and directed:
) $_69,702.51_ _from_ General Services District Fund _to_ various accounts.
) $_22,729.08_ _from_ the Full Urban Services District Fund _to_ various accounts.
) $_121,347.81_ _from_ the Mineral Severance Fund _to_ various accounts.
) $_200,000.00_ _to_ the Park Fund - Ballot Initiative (F1148)_from_ various accounts.
) $_64,851.26_ _from_ the Sanitary Sewer Revenue and Operating Fund _to_ various accounts.
) $_750,000.00_ _from_ the Sanitary Sewer Construction Fund _to_ various accounts.
) $_200,000.00_ _from_ the Park Fund - Ballot Initiative (F4031)_to_ various accounts.
) $_750,000.00_ _from_ the Water Quality Construction Fund _to_ various accounts.
) $_24,244.35_ _from_ the Right of Way Program Fund _to_ various accounts.
) Re-appropriations within the General Services District Fund; Donation Fund; General Fund Capital Projects; Police Confiscated State Fund; Affordable Housing and Homelessness Prevention Fund; 2018 Bond Projects Fund; 2026 Bond Projects Fund; Water Quality Construction Fund; and the various Grant funds that do not result in changes to the Unappropriated Fund Balance of these funds.
Section 2 - That the purposes of the Budget Amendments and the Accounts to or from which funds are herein appropriated, are detailed in “BUDGET SCHEDULE NO. 0012” attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
Section 3 - That this Ordinance shall become effective on the date of its passage.
