BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the bid of Seagrave Fire Apparatus, LLC, in the amount of $1,624,683.00, for a Ladder Truck, for the Division of Fire and Emergency Services, be and hereby is accepted and approved as to the specifications and amounts set forth in the terms of the bid and Agreement, which are attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, and the Mayor, on behalf of the Urban County Government, to enter into the attached Agreement with Seagrave Fire Apparatus, LLC, related to the bid.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $1,624,683.00, be and hereby
is approved for payment to Seagrave Fire Apparatus, LLC, from account # 2613-505702-96957 (Project: Fire_Truck_2023), pursuant to the terms of the bid and Agreement.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
