BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute the Memorandum of Understanding, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with Fayette County Public Schools, for transportation services with the Family Care Center for the students and children enrolled in the Family Care Center’s Patient Education Program during the 2025-2026 academic school year.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $92,521.44, be and hereby is approved for payment to Fayette County Public Schools, from account # 1101-606403-71299, pursuant to the terms of the Memorandum of Understanding.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
