BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute Agreements related to Neighborhood Development Funds, which are attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with Partners For Youth Foundation, Inc., Chenault Road Neighborhood Association, Inc., Young Men’s Christian Association Of Central Kentucky, Inc., LFUCG Division Of Parks And Recreation, Beaumont Residential Association, Inc., Pearlz Of Wisdom Inc., Hill-N-Dale Neighborhood Association, Inc., Young Men’s Christian Association Of Central Kentucky, Inc., Foundation For Latin America Culture And Arts Inc., and Lexington African-American Sports Hall Of Fame Incorporated, for the Office of the Urban County Council.
Section 2 - That amounts, not to exceed the sums stated, be and hereby are approved for payment to Partners For Youth Foundation, Inc. ($600.00); Chenault Road Neighborhood Association, Inc. ($1,000.00); Young Men’s Christian Association Of Central Kentucky, Inc. ($1,000.00); LFUCG Division Of Parks And Recreation ($240.00); Beaumont Residential Association, Inc. ($1,000.00); Pearlz Of Wisdom Inc. ($500.00); Hill-N-Dale Neighborhood Association, Inc. ($1,000.00); Young Men’s Christian Association Of Central Kentucky, Inc. ($1,100.00); Foundation For Latin America Culture And Arts Inc. ($2,400.00); and Lexington African-American Sports Hall Of Fame Incorporated ($2,500.00), from account #1101-121002-71214, from various Council Districts, pursuant to the terms of the Agreements.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
