BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute Change Order No. 2, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, to the Agreement with Tribute Contracting & Consultants, LLC, for the Wolf Run Trunks D & E Project, for the Division of Water Quality, increasing the contract price by the sum of $706,800.06, from $3,250,119.96 to $3,956,920.02.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $706,800.06, be and hereby is authorized for payment to Tribute Contracting & Consultants, LLC, from accounts # 4003-303408-3466-92811 ($541,531.04) and # 4003-303408-3466-92811 ($165,269.02), pursuant to the terms of the Change Order.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
